Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and many times is out of our control. We will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your training. Due to demand, preparation costs and limited seating, if need to reschedule or cancel between 24 - 72 hours before the day of your class, you will be charged a $45 rescheduling/cancellation fee. If you do not notify us prior to 24 hours, not show up or miss your class, it will be nonrefundable, and you will be charged the full price of the class.
